Especially as we encounter roadblocks along the way, attuning to the sacred signals and wisdom from our bodies and our hearts will go a long way in paving a sustainable path forward.

Sessions will last 30 minutes, in-person or virtually. Low-cost, pay-what-you-wish sessions can be scheduled on Tuesday and Thursdays until February of 2023.
